Nick is very responsive and what we like best about his service is when we were house viewing he remains objective and non-pushy. For instance, when we were undecided on a particular unit and asked his opinion if we should offer, instead of providing a yes or no answer which would have gotten him some co-broke commission, he reminded us that it was a major decision, best that we decide on our own – on hindsight we are thankful we did not make that offer. Nick also provides data and analysis to help us make an informed decision. Nick has been accommodating in many ways and appears genuine in building long term relationships with his clients.
